Just before 7:30, Box Alarm 1-3 was sounded for the Apartment fire with person's trapped at 124 Willowdale Drive, at the Brookside Apartments. Soon after dispatch, units arrived comfirming multiple rescue's needed.

Rescue Engine 74 (as the Rescue Squad) was dispatched as part of the Safety Task Force. and went with 6. Soon after, the 2nd Alarm was dispatched bringing Engine 72 (with 3) to the scene as the 3rd due Engine.

When the Rescue Engine arrived, the crew was assigned to open up on Division 3. Engine 72 arrived as the 2nd due Engine on the second, and the crew went into staging at the Command post.

When the fire was brought under control, units began to get released. Engine 72 went in service and transferred to City Station 3 (Uniteds). The Rescue Engine was released some time after, and they returned to Middletown.

In all, 5 residents were removed by personnel using ground ladders.

Washington County ET-63 was transferred to Station 7 during the incident.
