On Wednesday evening as A-79 was clearing a nose bleed call, they were alerted along with a Medic unit to 204 West Green St. in Middletown for one burned.

After both units arrived on the scene, evaluated the patient and consulted with the hospital, a decision was made to transport to Med-star. Trooper 3 and Engine Company 7 was alerted to assist. The Rescue Engine established a LZ right up the street from the incident.

Once the patient was transferred over to the helicopter crew, units went in service.
