On Tuesday morning, Box alarm 5-1 (Brunswick) for the reported apartment fire at 415 North Maple Ave. Unit arrived on the scene with heavy fire showing, requesting the Safety Task Force.

This brought RE-74 (Lt. Leonard) with 4 as the special service on the Task Force. The Rescue Engine arrived was assigned to Division 2 instead of RIT. A second alarm was dispatched soon after bringing in additional units to assist.

The Rescue Engine was back in service at 11:15 hours.
