Saturday, January 9, 2010 - On Saturday night, members of the Middletown VFC got together to celebrate another year, and to hand out awards to several members.
The Banquet was held at the 4H Center in Jefferson again this year, and the food was once again at it's best.
During the program, the President and Chief gave reports for the happenings for 2009. Along with that, the Officer's for 2010 were sworn in. Awards for top responders (Fire and EMS), Years of Service Awards, and our Everett Gaver and Ray Gladhill awards were handed out.
After the program was over, a dance was held for those who wanted to stay.
A special thanks to the Independent Hose Company 1, and the Jefferson Volunteer Fire Company #20 for filling in for us for the evening.
